Shipping Policy

All orders are processed & shipped generally within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS), you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Please note that once a package has been accepted by the carrier, Banana White is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Any delivery issues or lost-package claims must be addressed directly with USPS or UPS using the tracking information provided.
